Meagan St. Cyr is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor providing outpatient behavioral health services for adolescents, adults, professionals, and families. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and has experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, substance use disorders, emotional dysregulation, burnout, life transitions, and co-occurring behavioral health concerns.


Her clinical background includes experience within outpatient behavioral health settings, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, recovery-oriented treatment environments, and medical systems including MD Anderson Cancer Center and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Through these experiences, she has worked with individuals navigating complex emotional, behavioral, medical, trauma-related, and recovery-focused concerns across varying levels of care.


Meagan utilizes a collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach focused on emotional wellness, resilience, stabilization, and meaningful personal growth. She believes healing is not a linear process and works collaboratively with individuals to support continuity of care, individualized treatment planning, and long-term recovery support tailored to each person’s unique goals and needs.

Keiera Buckles is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor who provides compassionate, client-centered therapy to adults experiencing emotional distress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. She has extensive clinical experience working in medical and behavioral health settings, where she has supported individuals coping with complex medical conditions, emotional challenges, and significant life changes.


Keiera has provided clinical social work services in medical settings, including oncology and senior living environments, where she conducted comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, provided emotional support, and helped individuals adjust to changes in health, functioning, and overall wellbeing. She has experience supporting patients and families navigating serious medical diagnoses, caregiver stress, and adjustment-related emotional concerns. She also has experience facilitating caregiver support groups and collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support continuity of care and emotional stabilization. 


In addition to her medical social work experience, Keiera has worked as a psychotherapist in private practice, providing therapy to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, and life transitions. She has also provided couples therapy to individuals experiencing relationship stressors and has supported clients in developing effective coping strategies and improving emotional regulation. 


Keiera utilizes a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered approach to therapy. She integrates evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help clients improve emotional regulation, reduce distress, and improve overall psychological functioning. Her goal is to create a supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful and lasting change.


Keiera earned her Master of Social Work from Tulane University School of Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor in the State of Texas. She remains committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and compassionate mental health care.

Felisse Sigman is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides therapy services to adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and emotional distress. She is passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.


With experience across outpatient counseling, crisis intervention, community mental health, and telehealth settings, Felisse has worked with individuals facing a wide range of emotional and behavioral health concerns. Her clinical interests include trauma recovery, attachment challenges, abuse recovery, self-worth concerns, emotional regulation, and stress-related difficulties.


Felisse believes that healing begins within a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship. She strives to create an environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore challenges without judgment. Dasia Harris is a Licensed Master Social Worker who provides compassionate, trauma-informed therapy to individuals experiencing anxiety, emotional distress, and life transitions. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel understood and empowered to improve their emotional wellbeing.


Dasia has experience providing clinical social work services across medical and educational settings. She has provided medical social work services to veterans and military personnel within the VA hospital system, where she conducted comprehensive psychosocial assessments, provided crisis intervention, and supported individuals coping with acute and chronic medical conditions. She assisted patients in adjusting to illness, hospitalization, and changes in functioning, and collaborated with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care and support continuity of treatment.


In addition, Dasia has experience working as a school social worker within K–12 educational settings, where she provided social-emotional support to students experiencing behavioral, emotional, and adjustment-related concerns. She conducted psychosocial assessments, provided individual and group counseling, and collaborated with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student wellbeing, improve emotional regulation, and promote academic and social functioning.


Dasia utilizes a client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach.
